User Data Deletion Instructions

My Sweet Tales is owned and operated by 4MINDS2TECH LLC ("4MINDS2TECH," "we," "our," or "us"). 4MINDS2TECH respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how you can request the deletion of your account and associated data from our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). code1to1 is a separate company that provides software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and AI technology services to 4MINDS2TECH LLC.

1. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove the following information associated with your account:

• Account Information: Email address, username, password, and authentication credentials
• Profile Information: Name, profile picture, and any other profile details
• Child Profile Information: Names, birthdays, preferences, and any information about children associated with your account
• Voice Recordings and Voice Clones: All audio recordings you uploaded and any voice profiles generated from them
• Stories and Story Audio: Stories you created, including text, metadata, and generated audio
• Usage Data: App usage information tied to your account
• Third-Party Login Data: Identifiers linked through Google, Facebook, or Apple sign-in

2. Delete Your Account in the App

You can permanently delete your account directly in the My Sweet Tales mobile app:

1. Sign in and open the account avatar in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Review the permanent-deletion warning and select Continue.
4. Enter the confirmation phrase shown by the app and select Delete my account.

The authenticated in-app flow deletes the account and associated personal data immediately and returns you to the sign-in screen.

3. Deletion Help

If you cannot access the app or need help with a deletion, send an email from the address associated with your My Sweet Tales account to:

In the body of your email, please include:

1. The email address or username associated with your My Sweet Tales account
2. A confirmation that you are requesting the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data
3. (Optional) Any specific data you would like deleted if you do not wish to delete your entire account

4. Verification

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We may ask you to confirm your request from the email address associated with your account or to provide additional information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the account owner.

5. Processing Time

Authenticated in-app deletions are processed immediately. Assisted email requests are acknowledged within a reasonable time and completed within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.

6. Data That May Be Retained

Please note that certain information may be retained after a deletion request where permitted or required by law, including:

• Records necessary to comply with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations
• Information needed to resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or prevent fraud and abuse
• Anonymized or aggregated data that can no longer be associated with you
• Backups that are cycled out according to our standard retention schedule

7. Effect of Deletion

Once your data has been deleted:

• You will no longer be able to sign in to your My Sweet Tales account
• Your voice clones, stories, and generated audio will no longer be accessible
• Deleting your My Sweet Tales account does not automatically cancel any subscription managed by Apple or Google; if you have one, cancel it separately through the platform where it was purchased
